Trust & Authorizations

Documented scope. Independent status. No pass-through access.

This page explains how Kythos AI references third-party platforms, programs, AI systems, and authorization records—and the boundary between a Kythos AI engagement and access that a provider restricts to its own approved users.

Your relationship with Kythos AI is not a pass-through credential.

Access boundary

Customer status does not grant provider-gated access.

Being a Kythos AI customer does not transfer, extend, or grant access to a restricted third-party system or service.

When a provider requires its own approval, account, credentials, license, invitation, or other direct authorization—including for an AI model, platform, API, or gated capability—the customer must obtain and maintain that authorization directly from the provider.

We do not provide or extend the restricted access described on this page to customers or other third parties. Kythos AI does not share, sell, resell, transfer, sublicense, or provide customers with its credentials, accounts, licenses, approvals, API keys, or gated access. We do not proxy access to make an unauthorized customer appear authorized.

Kythos AI may deliver contracted work created with approved tools when permitted by provider terms and the written engagement. That does not give the customer access to the underlying restricted system or make Kythos AI’s authorization the customer’s authorization.

No pass-through authorization

  • No shared accounts, credentials, API keys, licenses, approvals, or invitations
  • No resale, transfer, sublicense, or proxy access
  • Provider-required authorization must be obtained directly from that provider
  • No inheritance of Kythos AI’s access, status, or authorization through a purchase or engagement

Verification & Authorization Records

Publication requires an exact match to provider documentation.

Each published record identifies the provider, the specific program or access designation, the named approval holder, the documented access status, and the permitted scope. An individual approval is not presented as an organization-wide authorization.

Record publication standard

No authorization record is displayed until its supporting documentation and exact scope have been reviewed for publication.

  • Provider
  • Exact program or access designation
  • Documented access status
  • Named holder
  • Permitted scope
  • Effective or confirmation date, when documented
  • INTERNAL USE ONLY · NO CUSTOMER ACCESS

Independent status

Identification is not endorsement—and authorization is not transferable.

Kythos AI may reference third-party companies, platforms, products, programs, AI systems, or verification records to identify technologies and authorization frameworks relevant to our work.

These references are informational only. Unless expressly stated in a written, verifiable agreement, they do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification, affiliation, partnership, agency, reseller status, or another commercial relationship.

Any authorization identified on this site applies only to the named holder, purpose, and scope shown in the underlying record and remains subject to the provider’s terms.

AI-assisted material is independently reviewed. Third-party model output may be incomplete or incorrect and does not replace accountable human judgment, verified evidence, or an authorized decision-maker.
